Ultrapanel is a modular wall panel, extruded with hollow cores combining remarkable strength with the added benefit of being lightweight. A blend of cement, limestone, cellulose fibre and additives are combined to form a panel either 300mm or 600mm wide and up to 7500mm in length.

An environmentally friendly building solution, Ultrapanel contains recycled news print. Ultrapanel is produced at our state of the art production plant in Ballarat, Victoria. The plant was opened in 2002 by Prime Minister The Hon. John Howard MP.

Versatile Ultrapanel suits many diverse applications. From commercial and domestic cladding, internal and dividing walls, to fences, feature walls and sound barriers, Ultrapanel is a new and innovative building solution. Panels are available in 75mm, 80mm and 110mm thickness. Ground to an unrivalled smooth finish, Ultrapanel accepts most surface coatings. It is not necessary to apply traditional renders to Ultrapanel. Options for surface coating include exterior acrylic paints, roll on renders, tiles and traditional plaster work.

Building with Ultrapanel is fast. Most structures, especially domestic dwellings, arrive at lock up stage sooner, improving the cash flow of your business. Ultrapanel is very clean, with minimal or no wet trades required, providing for a far lesser impact on site than alternate materials.
